At the completion of her presentation, Mr. Muccio will be joined by attorney Damian Cox for a question and answer session. Mr. Cox provides legal counsel to the agents of some of the largest brokerages in Colorado. He will discuss the topic from the prespective of the real estate brokers he advises every day.

Instructor - Peter E. Muccio
Peter was born in Massachusetts and was raised in Michigan. He is a graduate of Alma College in Michigan, where he carried a double major in economics and political science. He received his law degree from the University of Denver where he simultaneously earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from DU and the Daniels School of Business. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Transportation Law Journal and clerked for a local criminal attorney. He is lead attorney in the Firm’s HOA practice and frequently does educational training for our HOA clients as well as representing THS with the CAI (Colorado Association Institute) Pete also serves as the Firm’s representative with NARPM (National Association of Residential Property).
