There is no greater authority on the Realtor Code of Ethics than Scott Peterson, General Counsel for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Mr. Peterson's engaging and lively instructional style have made his live classes a popular experience for Realtors statewide. We have long wanted to capture one of his classes and offer it in streaming video format...and now we have. In Ethics Exploration Mr. Peterson explains and discusses the Realtor Code of Ethics from a practical and down-to-earth perspective. This class fully satisfies the National Association of REALTORS biannual (2 year) ethics training requirement to maintain Realtor membership.
This course satisfies the NAR and CAR Ethics requirements, but please check with your Local Association to ensure it meets their requirements as well.
