This is a recorded encore presentation of a live webinar given by Attorney Scott Clark.

This course provides employing brokers with the necessary knowledge of the serious issues regarding environmental law and how those issues may impact the sale of a property.

Several types of environmental and natural resources issues can impact real estate transactions involving commercial and industrial real estate.  Most commonly, these issues involve contamination on the property and hazardous materials incorporated into or affecting the building.  However, water bodies, wildlife,and mineral resources on or beneath the property; and water supply to the property also can present significant concerns for a real estate transaction

 Attending this course will award you with 3 CE credits towards license renewal.

Instructor - Scott A. Clark

Mr. Clark is a practicing attorney with the firm of Burns Figa & Will P.C. 

He represents clients on a wide range of environmental and natural resources issues, including CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, NEPA and ESA matters, Brownfields, remediation, hazardous waste, real estate transactions, litigation, permitting, petroleum storage tank fund, regulatory compliance, enforcement proceedings and regulatory rule making proceedings. Mr. Clark's practice also includes water rights, real estate, mineral leasing and land use proceedings. Chambers U.S.A. has recognized Mr. Clark as a leading individual in the natural resources and environment practice area.
